Job Shadow Program
Explore an Excela Health Student Observation Experience
Have an interest in a health care profession? Let us help you explore your options through a job shadowing experience. Observation, or job shadowing, is a firsthand look at the daily experiences of health care professionals.
About the Program
The program is a maximum of 8 hours and open to high school seniors, college students or others considering a career change.
To be a part of the job shadowing experience, click here to fill out the Job Shadow Application at least three weeks prior to the desired observation date.
Once the application has been received and reviewed, we will notify you by email. You will be given the name, phone number and email address of an Excela Health staff member who will arrange your shadowing experience. As a note -- observations do not include direct patient care or “hands-on” activities.
