Well-Being Center
A healthy body and a healthy attitude go together, and together they mean better, more productive employees. Our award-winning strategy for improving population health begins with Excela Health employees and extends into our community. Identified locally as a Healthiest Employer in Western Pennsylvania since 2011, Excela Health is ranked among the nation’s Healthiest 100 Workplaces, and recognized as a Community Health Champion by the Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania.
Our programs are developed and led by licensed professionals and aimed at making sure employees become healthy and remain healthy. Offerings range from wellness screenings, wellness fairs and coaching, to fitness classes and programs on nutrition and weight management, plus support groups on a variety of specialized areas. We are flexible and tailor our programs to individual needs – from one-time “Lunch & Learn” educational conversations at the worksite to ongoing fitness and exercise classes at our campuses.
