Walk-In Care That's Quick, Convenient and Close to Home

Open Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Primary Care Weekends will continue to offer services at the Latrobe and Norwin locations from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. As a reminder, any patient planning to use the Primary Care Weekend clinics who is experiencing a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath MUST CALL before coming to the office. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Primary Care Weekends is your stop for convenient medical care when your doctor isn't available. You'll find the same, high quality care you've come to expect from our Excela Health Medical Group doctors along with easy access to x-ray, blood work and more, if needed.

  • Pink Eye and Other, Mild Eye Complaints
  • Nebulizer Treatments

We also provide camp, sports and school physicals for children along with flu vaccines; flu, pneumonia, Tdap (tetanus/Pertussis) shots for adults, and driver's license physicals

When You Shouldn't Use Primary Care Weekends

Primary Care Weekends is an extension of your primary care, not for life-threatening illness/injuries or chronic care.

If you believe you, or a loved one, is experiencing chest pain, coughing or vomiting blood, difficulty breathing, severe headache or any other serious health issue...

Go to the nearest hospital emergency room or call 9-1-1.
