“I am grateful for a place like this. Staff very nice and courteous/friendly. Staff made me feel relaxed and calm and comfortable and made the process smooth. Asked if I was hungry, thirsty, etc. Explained everything clearly. Excellent staff members. Very supportive. 100 Gold Stars!!! Thank you!”
