Wellness Checks

Our Wellness Checks are an affordable community multiphasic blood analysis available to all community members.  Excela Health partners with the Rotary, Kiwanis and volunteer fire departments to present these screenings as a benefit to our community and those we serve.

Registration opens September 14 for ALL Wellness Checks. A portion of all proceeds is returned to our community sponsors to benefit local scholarships and recreation programs. Cash and checks accepted. Please make checks payable to the sponsoring organization and please have your payment ready before arriving to the testing site. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please contact the Excela Health Call Center at 1-877-771-1234 to register. Walk-ins WILL NOT be accepted at this time, due to COVID-19 restrictions. You must fast for eight hours before your test.

Optional Blood Tests Available

  • Standard Profile - $55 (Includes: Comprehensive Chemistry Profile, Lipid Testing and Complete Blood Count)
  • Hemoglobin A1C - $20
  • Fecal Occult Blood - $30 (New test - accurate, no dietary requirements)
  • Vitamin D - $35
  • PSA - $25 (Prostate-Specific Antigen/men only)
  • TSH - $15 (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone)

Important COVID-19 Information for Participants: Excela Health and partnering organizations will be adhering to all national, state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as your safety is our highest priority.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • All participants must wear a mask and practice strict social distancing during the entire visit.
  • Anyone accompanying the participant to the appointment will be asked to remain in their vehicle during the appointment. 
  • All participants will be asked several screening questions before their appointment.
  • If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please do not arrive for testing.
