We're here to prepare you and your family for some of life's most important events through education, information and preparation. Classes are free of charge unless otherwise indicated and are only being offered in an online format at this time. Educational resources listed below may be viewed/downloaded and printed if needed.
Childbirth and Beyond
This two session online class provides information about the labor and delivery process, the role of the support person, medical procedures and common challenges and questions. The class also provides information and tools to use during labor and delivery, including pain management options and breathing and relaxation exercises. A baby doll is required and a labor support person is strongly encouraged.
Breastfeeding Success
This one session online class promotes successful breastfeeding by providing information about techniques, newborn feeding behaviors, and common challenges. A baby doll is required and a support person is strongly encouraged. Classes are taught by lactation consultants.
Infant Care Classes
This one session online class promotes successful breastfeeding by providing information on how to care for your baby post delivery, proper diaper changing, bathing and feeding techniques and more. A baby doll is required and a support person is strongly encouraged.
Child Safety Class
This one session online class promotes child safety practices, including car seat rules and regulations, infant CPR techniques and more. A baby doll is required and a support person is strongly encouraged.
