Chronic Pain Severely limits a person's ability to function and enjoy life. Our clinic utilized a multi-disciplinary approach to treat subacute and chronic pain syndromes, combining physical therapy, targeted injections, and low-risk chronic pain medications. Our goal is to decrease pain so that our patients can get back to enjoying life and doing the activities that their pain prevented them from doing. ***
