Philosophy of Care
In my office we run a true patient-centered medical home which involves each patient being at the center of a team that consists of their own doctor, nurse, and secretary, all of whom get to know the patient well. Other members of the team include our nurse care manager (who educates patients and assists them in finding community resources), our own psychologist, and even our own pharmacist. ***
