Philosophy of Care

As a family physician in New Alexandria since 1984, I have always respected the individual perspective and needs of each patient I see. I have found that an open mind leads to open discussions when it comes to making treatment decisions. I try to bring the most up to date medical information to each visit, and encourage family participation in such visits in addition to second opinions and consultations when necessary. Our office makes an effort to respond to questions and concerns in a very timely manner via phone or patient portal. Suffice it to say, I treat people, not just disease. I listen, hold hands, give hugs, and share laughs and tears.
