How can I find a doctor?
Finding a doctor is one of the most important decisions you’ll make.
You can simply call 1-855-Excela Doc and someone will help you find a doctor and make an appointment. Or you can visit MyExcelaDoc.org.
Just log on to find a primary care doctor or specialist in your neighborhood. You can learn more about that doctor and even make an appointment on line. Go to www.myexceladoc.org, and enter your zip code if you wish to find the doctors closest to you. Or, you can search a doctor by name, or you can just select a specialty. Hit search now. A list of doctors in that zip code will appear. You can click on each by name, map their location or read about their background.
Click request an appointment and fill out the information. Someone will call you shortly to make an appointment.

Scheduling an appointment for a doctor’s visit or test is quick and simple.
For a doctor’s appointment, log on to MyExcelaDoc.org and click “Request an Appointment” or call 1-855-ExcelaDoc.
You can also text the word GETWELL to the number 24587 and within minutes, you will have an appointment with a primary care or specialist provider.

Your screening mammogram is made easier with Walk-In Wednesdays. No appointment needed. No doctor’s order needed. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays just “walk-in” to our mammography suites at:
Where are your QuikDraw / QuikDraw Plus locations?
At Excela Health QuikDraw and QuikDraw Plus, we make blood work quick and simple. Just choose from our many locations, all open at 6 a.m. Bring your doctor’s order for prompt, reliable results. No appointment needed for blood work, routine x-ray or EKG.

Do you accept my insurance? Do you have assistance programs?
Many patients are confused about who accepts their insurance. Excela Health accepts all major insurances including UPMC Health Plan and Highmark. When it comes to health insurance, our policy is to accept yours. Excela Health is also an accredited provider of service for Medicare and Medicaid patients.
Where can I park, and what are your visitation hours?
We want to make visiting our facilities as easy as possible. You can find our campus parking maps with visiting hours in the link listed here.
If you are visiting Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg, you may park free in any of the Outpatient lots surrounding the hospital or use the J. Edward Hutchinson Parking Garage behind the hospital on Shearer Street for a fee. There is also limited, metered on-street parking.
If you are visiting Frick Hospital, you may park on campus by the main or emergency entrance free of charge.
At Latrobe Hospital, free parking is available in the lots directly across from the hospital’s main entrance, on Joanne Street, and in the Lattanzio Parking Lot next to the hospital.
