Meet Our Staff
Albert J. Novak Jr., MPM
Vice President, Chief Philanthropy Officer
Albert J. Novak Jr. has more than 30 years of experience in development and advancement. He returned home to join Excela Health in August 2016 to serve as vice president and chief development officer. Prior to joining Excela, Novak served as Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement at the University of Pittsburgh, where he led all university advancement and alumni programs. He has worked as an advancement professional for both alma maters -- Saint Vincent College, Latrobe, where he earned his bachelor's degree, and Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a Master of Public Management degree.
Holly DiBiasi
Manager
Holly joins Excela Health with more than 15 years of experience in development, donor relations, event management, board relations, community engagements, sales and marketing, and volunteer management. She spent 11 years serving as Manager of Constituent Relations for the School of Education, and prior to that, Director of Stewardship and Events, for the University of Pittsburgh. Also, she held the position of Director of Development, University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg campus, where she led and managed an internal campaign successfully. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Pittsburgh and an Associate Degree in Business Management from Westmoreland County Community College.
Maureen Crevak
Foundation Administrative Assistant
Maureen began her career at Latrobe Hospital in 1976, joining the Marketing/Community Relations department for 30 years. There, she was responsible for coordinating hospital events such as the United Way campaigns and American Red Cross blood drives. She moved to the Foundation in 2008, where she serves as administrative assistant, working closely with the Foundation's board, administrative staff and donors. Also, she has been involved with the Foundation's major fundraising campaigns.
