Asymptomatic COVID-19 Testing
PCR COVID-19 Testing is Offered at Excela Health
This test is for individuals with NO SYMPTOMS of COVID-19.
What is a PCR test?
A polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test is the most accurate and reliable test available for detection of COVID-19. This test is done by nasal swab. Results are available within 24 to 48 hours and will be emailed to the individual and their PCP (an email address is required to receive results).
Who may need a COVID-19 PCR test?
Individuals needing to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test to travel or visit a loved one in a nursing facility. No appointment is necessary to receive the COVID-19 PCR test. There is a $150 out-of-pocket fee to receive the test expected at time of service. We accept all forms of payment, medical insurance is not accepted.

- Tuesday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m.
- Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
