Information on COVID-19 Testing Results
If you or a loved one has undergone COVID-19 testing within our system, please be advised that Excela Health does not process all of these tests.
Therefore, we would ask that patients do not call Excela Health inquiring as to their result or status of the test being processed.
If your test was obtained at an Excela Health location, we are notifying those who have been tested of their result (positive or negative) after the result has been received. At this time, the current turnaround time for test results is at least one week. However, we will notify you sooner if the results become available.

While visiting our facilities, you may encounter modiﬁed Wi-Fi capabilities and a different procedure regarding deliveries of food items or get-well wishes.
Important Changes to Outpatient Appointments and Procedures
If you are coming to any Excela Health location for a necessary outpatient service or appointment, please wear a mask. If you have a caregiver accompanying you (limited to one) the caregiver must also wear a mask to the appointment.
