Rehabilitation
Our experienced rehab team provides services that help patients regain mobility and speech function.
These may include:

• Physical therapy - to restore motion and function through training in transfers, assistive devices for walking and exercises for strength
• Occupational therapy - to improve independence and activities of daily living, such as dressing or doing laundry, and to make the home environment safe during recovery
• Speech therapy - to help patients improve speech, swallowing, listening, reading and writing skills, with attention to cognitive communication such as attention span, memory and judgment

Medical Social Services
Social, emotional and financial problems may prevent patients from receiving the full benefit of treatment. Our medical social work team helps patients work through these issues.

Home Health Aide
Under the supervision of skilled nurses and therapists, our dedicated home health aides provide you with compassionate, hands-on personal care during treatment.

Palliative Care
To make patients more comfortable at home during chronic illness or advanced disease, our palliative care team provides symptom and pain management through careful listening and evaluation of the patients needs.

Hospice
When a patient is terminally ill, quality of life becomes all important. Our hospice staff offers the kind of physical, emotional and spiritual support needed to ease the burden of patients and families alike and help them enjoy the time they have left together.
