Patients are generally referred to the Arnold Palmer Pavilion by a physician, such as a family doctor or surgeon. Frequently, the patient's doctor's office will schedule the first appointment. New patients to the Arnold Palmer Pavilion are seen as a consultation visit with the radiation oncologist or medical oncologist/hematologist. Subsequent visits for treatment and/or evaluation are scheduled by the staff of the radiation or medical oncology department.
