Outpatient Rehabilitation at Norwin
Outpatient Rehabilitation at Excela Square at Norwin, North Huntingdon, offers both physical and occupational therapies in addition to concussion therapy, orthopedic and sports therapy, hand therapy, and dizziness/balance therapies. Our certified hand therapists, along with our occupational therapists, help you improve hand function; balance/dizziness uses balance, flexibility, strength and conditioning exercises among other therapies. Concussion therapy aids in recovery for those diagnosed with a concussion.

Physical therapy hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Occupational therapy hours: Tuesday -Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Molly Bruggeman, PT, DPT, ATC
Molly Bruggeman, PT, DPT, ATC, is both a physical therapist and athletic trainer specializing in concussion rehabilitation, sports medicine, and orthopedics at Excela Square at Norwin. She received her doctorate degree in physical therapy from Slippery Rock University, is part of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Training Association. Her philosophy is that exercise is medicine. She believes each patient is more than just his/her injury, and deserves the best care possible. When she's not participating in sports recreationally, she serves as a “couch” observer sporting her Pittsburgh black and gold attire.
Beth Lininger, MPT
Beth Lininger, MPT, is a physical therapist at Excela Square at Norwin. She graduated from Washington and Jefferson College, Washington, Pa., with a degree in biology and went on to receive her master's degree from the Drexel University Medical College of Pennsylvania in physical therapy. Her treatment approach is to design specific plans tailored to the needs of each individual patient.
Dennis McBeth, PTA
Dennis McBeth, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant at Excela Square at Norwin. McBeth received his associate degree from California University of Pennsylvania with courses in brain injury rehabilitation and aquatic therapy. McBeth strives to create a comfortable environment to provide the best patient care. McBeth enjoys snowboarding, biking and reading.
Timothy Meszar, BA CIS, MSPT, DPT
Timothy Meszar, BA, CIS, MSPT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Excela Square at Norwin. He received both his master’s and doctorate degrees from Chatham University, Pittsburgh, Pa, in physical therapy with special courses in joint/spinal mobilization and shoulder rehabilitation. His philosophy of care is to provide quality care to address patient needs, limitations, and concerns. Keeping busy, Meszar serves as an adjunct professor at Seton Hill University as well as at Chatham University in the DPT Program.
Kimberly Metzger, DPT
Kimberly Metzger, DPT, is a physical therapist at Excela Square at Norwin and Outpatient Rehabilitation - Pellis Road, Greensburg location. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, she received her doctorate degree from the College of Saint Scholastica, Duluth, Minn. Affiliated with the American Physical Therapy Association and ACE, she is a certified personal trainer and sports conditioning specialist. Specializing in concussion/vestibular treatments, she is dedicated to providing quality care to all patients to promote optimal health and function based on their individual needs and goals. Metzger is a bodybuilder and aerialist.
Rodney Rager, MPT
Rodney Rager, MPT, is a physical therapist at Excela Square at Norwin. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, he went on to receive his MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his MPT from the University of Pittsburgh. Dedicated to providing the best care possible to all his patients, he uses evidence-based practice techniques to treat every individual with the respect, dignity and professional demeanor they deserve. Rager enjoys travel, art and literature.
Robert Shaw, PT, MS, DPT, OCS
Robert Shaw, PT, MS, DPT, OCS, is a physical therapist at Excela Square at Norwin and Outpatient Rehabilitation – Pellis Road, Greensburg location. A graduate of Temple University with a doctorate in physical therapy, Shaw is also a recognized orthopedic clinical specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association. He seeks to help patients regain function in a friendly and personable way to make their experience as pleasant and meaningful as possible.
