05/02 and 09/2015 Wellness Check. Sponsored by Excela Health and the Latrobe Rotary, this multiphasic blood test offers a 33-panel test starting at $45 and includes a comprehensive chemistry profile, lipid testing and complete blood count. Optional tests (for a small charge) are available for Vitamin D, prostate screen, thyroid screen, hemoglobin A1C, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and colorectal cancer screen. This Wellness Check is held on two Saturdays, May 2 and 9, 2015, 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Latrobe Municipal Building, 901 Jefferson Street, Latrobe, Pa. Must fast for 12 hours prior to testing.
