Community Outreach Events

To promote community health and wellness, Excela Health provides a variety of community-based health screenings and wellness events like Wellness Check blood screenings, blood pressure, stroke, vision and bone density screenings.

To promote wellness, prevent disease or teach positive management of disease, Excela Health's professionals also participate in health fairs at schools, businesses, senior citizen centers, community fairs and festivals. To complete a Community Outreach Request Form click here.

The mission of Excela Health is to provide the highest quality health care throughout the communities we serve. We recognize that health care means more than just physical treatment of patients within the walls of our hospital. It means supporting the community with  information and services.

Excela Health offers a number of outreach programs that provide information, encourage interaction with professionals, and create a network of resources for the entire community. Programs such as Speaker's Bureau and Wellness Checks, including multiphasic blood analysis, stroke screenings, bone density and vision screenings are all offered.
